As a Service Agent at a renowned car rental company near Eindhoven Airport, you are the first and last point of contact for their customers. You will be part of a dynamic team that values high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you are responsible for giving the customer a warm welcome at the rental counter and guiding them to the rented car. Together with the customer, you will inspect the car to ensure it is clean, damage-free and in perfect condition. You share information about the rental and the car, answer questions and provide the customer with useful travel tips for a hassle-free trip. On parting, you wish the customer a safe trip and make sure they leave with a smile.

Upon return of the rental car, you are responsible for smooth handling and receiving the car. It is also your job to thoroughly clean the car, both inside and out, so that the next customer also finds a brilliantly clean car.

Your duties also include refuelling and parking the car safely so that it is ready for its next journey. In short, you play a crucial role in the smooth running of the car rental and contribute to customer satisfaction.
